At Leaf with Life, we provide a curated shopping experience with efficient, reliable delivery. All our products are shipped directly from our U.S.-based warehouses to ensure you receive your sustainable tableware as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing

  • Handling Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day.

  • Cancellation Window: To maintain our fast shipping standards, orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the automated fulfillment process begins.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times (U.S. Domestic)

We offer transparent shipping with no hidden fees at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 - 5 business days (transit time).

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $99.

  • Tax Policy: All prices displayed on our website are tax-inclusive. The price you see is the final price you pay.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s portal.

4. Large Orders & LTL Shipments (Pallet Freight)

For bulk or wholesale orders, we utilize LTL freight.

  • Verification: Customers must verify the total quantity upon delivery.

  • Discrepancies: Any missing units or visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BoL) before the driver departs and reported to us within 7 days with photo evidence.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a carrier is unable to deliver an order due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

6. Refunds & Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the return is processed at our warehouse.

  • Refund Processing: Within 7 business days of receiving the return.

  • Bank Reflection: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's billing cycle.
