Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Cancellations

We strive to get your sustainable tableware to you as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Window: All orders are sent to our warehouse for processing 2 hours after they are placed.

  • Cancellations: Due to this automated flow, orders cannot be canceled or modified once this 2-hour window has passed. Please double-check your shipping address and items before finalizing your purchase.

2. Shipping Coverage, Rates & Timelines

We are committed to getting your order to your door efficiently and transparently.

  • Delivery Coverage: Delivery is available to most destinations within the United States, excluding the following regions: Guam (GU), American Samoa (AS), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), and Northern Mariana Islands (MP).

  • Shipping Rates: Orders under $99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $6.99. We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $99.

  • Taxes Included: All prices displayed on our website are tax-inclusive. There are no surprise tax fees added at checkout.

  • Fast Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

  • Tracking: After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your logistics tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through the carrier's website.

3. Large Orders & LTL Shipments (Pallet Freight)

For bulk orders, we utilize LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

  • Verification Required: Upon delivery, customers are required to verify the total quantity of units received.

  • Reporting Discrepancies: Any missing units or visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BoL) before the driver leaves.

  • Photos: Please email us immediately with high-resolution photos of the received pallets/packages.

Important: If discrepancies are not noted on the BoL or reported immediately with photo evidence, we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged products.

4. Undeliverable Packages

If a carrier is unable to deliver an order due to customer absence or incorrect information, please contact our support team promptly.

  • Fees: If the package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or customer absence, the actual return shipping costs incurred by the carrier will be deducted from your final refund. We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately via email. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the unavailable item, including any associated shipping charges.

6. Refunds & Timeline

All refunds, including those for cancellations or out-of-stock items, are credited back to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: Your refund will be fully processed within 7 days. You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund is completed.
