Refunds & Returns

Sometimes you just have to return an item—we’ve all been there. At Leaf with Life, we strive to make this process as simple and painless as possible for you!

1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

  • Return Shipping: If the return is a result of a change of heart (and not due to damage or an error made by our team), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
  • International Orders: Please note that we currently do not accept international returns.


2. Shipping Damages: The 3-Day Rule

To ensure we can resolve issues with our carriers, we require prompt inspection of all deliveries.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: > Customers are responsible for inspecting their orders immediately upon arrival. Any damages incurred during shipment must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof Required: High-quality photos of the damaged products and packaging must be provided via email.

  • Expiration: Any claims regarding damaged goods made after this 3-day inspection period will not be eligible for re-shipment or refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

Certain products are ineligible for return to ensure we can continue offering competitive pricing:

  • Clearance Items: Marked with "All Sales Final" in the product details.

  • Discontinued Items: Clearly marked with a "Discontinued" flag over the product image.


4. Refund Procedure & Timeline

Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be fully processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7 days. You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund is completed.


5. How to Start a Return

Refund Procedure: 📧 Email us at: service@leafwithlife.com with your Order Number and photos of the item.Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
